FAQs

  • The only item necessary to play the game are the cards themselves. Each Player will need to construct their own deck to battle other Players and their decks. While the Starter Decks should be playable out of the box, because they are randomized this does not necessarily mean it will be a good deck. Therefore, we recommend Players start with one Starter Deck and at least five Booster Packs so that they have some extra cards to tweak their deck with.

  • There are five card rarities in Bitcoin CCG:

    • Legendary (0.8%)

    • Epic (2.52%)

    • Rare (5.05%)

    • Uncommon (24.97%)

    • Common (66.67%)

The cards in Starter Decks and Booster Packs are randomized prior to printing based on the percentages listed above.

So for example, out of 1000 cards printed, 8 of those cards will be Legendary, 25 will be Epic, etc.

Because we generate the entire set of randomized cards prior to printing, we know exactly how many of each card have been printed. This information is available in our Explorer card database.

  • Yes and no. We began each card’s artwork with AI generated imagery. Some took only a few iterations to get mostly what we wanted, some took many, many attempts. Once we had something we could work with, our Graphic Designer took it from there and tweaked each artwork to get exactly what we wanted. This sometimes included shading, cropping, collaging multiple images together, hand-crafting imagery, and many other adjustments and techniques. Some cards’ artworks are more AI than others and some are more hand-crafted than others.

  • If the first set released is successful, we plan to create expansion sets as well as future updated versions of the Core set. The first set is Core 2026. Updated Core sets will be a slightly different set of cards and feature all new artwork and flavor text on reprinted cards, and expansion sets will generally be mostly new cards and limited edition print runs.

  • There are 147 unique cards in the Core 2026 set ranging in rarities from Common to Legendary.

We do not currently have a final total quantity of all printed cards for the Core 2026 set, however this set will be limited in the following ways:

    • Our initial print order will satisfy all of the crowdfunding pre-orders.

    • Our initial print order will include additional cards for our conference road show and retail e-commerce shop.

    • We may order a second print run if our game is wildly popular and we sell out our first print run early in 2026.

    • We will NOT print any further cards from the Core 2026 set after Nov 1st 2026 and instead focus on the Core 2027 and expansion sets.

  • No.
